Congratulations .......... best one yet

When measuring the population everyone always mentions only The Villages but we need to realize that there is a large population outside The Villages. Just go to Sam's Club in the summer and see how busy it is...Costco needs to forget about our seasonal population and notice the population between the nearest Cosco and The Villages. We think because we are The Villages that it should be in our backyard I would just like one closer.

Lots better service and much higher quality products although Sams is working hard on that issue.

Fort Myers has a mainly seasonal population yet they have two Costco stores, only about six miles apart. Go figure!

We are in Anchorage most summers visiting relatives and always hit the Anchorage Costco..it sells more than any other Costco from what we’ve heard..Just Sitting in the parking lot watching people carrying huge flats of supplies is lots of fun. Cruisy(future TV member)

The post the writer is referring to said a Costco is coming by the Russel Stover in Wildwood in 2019. That's false, no building or even site plans have been filed either with Sumter County or with the City of Wildwood. That is all public record.

Could care less if a Costis comes to TV. Had them in Ohio, nothing special imo unless you are buying bulk for a large family.

Unhappy COSTCO AIN'T coming any time soon.

If and when Costco comes in won't be "in" TV or on any land owned by TV. A corporation that size is NOT going to submit to TV taking half their profit.

Agree. Sam's is just a larger Walmart.

I resently called Costco corporations and there are 2 new ones opening in Florida but they are both much further down south, I asked if one would be opening near the Villages and she said she looked and didn't see any in the works for here, but she asked me if I was requesting one and of course I said yes, we all need to keep calling corporate and requesting that they put one here, if we don't keep asking we may never get one

There were posts in July and again in October.
I think Admin closes threads if they are inactive for six months (or if posters get snarky).
