Download the Costco app and access your digital membership card on your phone. It will work the same as the plastic card.

I did get an email today from Costco that says that. I need to get a physical card as I do not do apps. The email said to go to the Costco help desk and I would need to get my picture taken and the like. Not sure what happens after that.

They hand you your card and you enter the shopping area.
