When we did our lifestyle experience, the realtor came to our door in The Cottages to begin our house search. I said, "can we get one of these?" thinking they were only "cottages" and would be less expensive than the homes. Well, they were not for sale in '07 and, in retrospect, had they been that price would have slapped me back into reality real quickly,

Stayed in the Red Fish last summer. Two bedroom house, wrap around porch
(many bugs) OK furnishings (not really high end) big kitchen. In realtor jargon "walk to all", Sumter Landing,
Sweetbay, Urban Flats.
Loved it, but when I saw the asking price $600,000+...No Way
