My husband and I have visited the Villages twice this year and enjoyed it so much that we are seriously considering moving to you next year. We are constantly reading/researching (from PA) and learn something new each and every day. While viewing the El Santiago website yesterday we were stunned that they remain open only until 8 or 9:00 p.m.! We then became concerned that the country clubs and local restaurants may have the same early closing, which we hope is not the case as we have friends and relatives who regularly prefer to dine after 7:00 p.m. Please help us understand the "dining" rules for the Villages as we are somewhat concerned!
