Where? The only CYV we saw with 2 car garages were on golf courses and they had short rear fences for the view. That won't work for us because of our tall dogs. My husband would give anything for our same house with a 2 car garage. Personally, I wish they had larger CYV styles to choose from.

Two-car garages do exist on Villas, however most are one and one-half. I know one man who had a Villa on a corner lot with a double garage, and he built an additional double garage because he had a lot of toys.

A good MLS or VLS agent can identify the two-car CYVs, or can point out corner lots that are large enough to have an additional garage built. I'm surprised The Developer didn't build more Villas with double garages, they seem very popular. Some of the newer CYV communities like Mission Hills seems to have more double garages.
