Please call community standards before you cut down an oak tree. They are still protected by deed restrictions in certain CDD areas and will need an approval from community standards before they can be cut.

You don’t need permission any more. Read the reply about rules from Gov. DeSantis. The oak trees The Villages planted In the older sections are now causing home foundation, driveway, breakage and sprinkler line breaks etc.
