The greedy developer use Covid as an excuse to take away many amenities we had up to March, 2020. If that wasn't enough, they continue to gouge us for green fees on championship golf courses. Part of the problem is that we're now in the third generation of the Morse family and now they have to cut the pie into many more pieces. It will likely get worse; it certainly won't get better.
