If there is malpractice, the responsible thing is to report it tp the state licensing board. A lawsuit for money damages in a dental case may not be worth the time, effort abd cost.

As a former trial attorney I appreciate the professionalism shown in the advertisements of Bogen, Munns and Munns. I believe that they have an office in The Villages. Keep in mind that professional malpractice cases require the retention of an expert to testify against the defendant. They're not cheap. Absent substantial damages, most firms will advise against taking action.

Several years ago my husband had an issue with a dental implant. Morgan and Morgan wouldn’t take the case, instead referring us to an attorney in South Florida who specializes in such cases (sorry, I no longer have his name). After reviewing everything that attorney told us it wasn’t worth suing over, but just the fact that we had an attorney led the original dentist to refund our money, so at least we didn’t have to pay twice for the same work. I would just try for a refund from the original dentist.

Get in line. The clown I saw is a licensed thief. They have no regulatory agency. That dentistry is a passport to wealth must somehow be curtailed.

The profession of Dentistry drastically changed in the 1980’s when dentists were encouraged to attend “seminars” which were ostensibly for education in the latest methods but were really sales and marketing events to teach them and their practices how to enhance their worth (ahem!) by pushing services on their patients they may not need.

My cousin was a dentist and revealed all. He said they promoted the concept of cosmetic dentistry and came up with other creative ways to squeeze money out of patients. All because improved at-home dental hygiene had reduced the need for a dentist so they felt entitled to do this because they had huge dental school loans they had to repay.

“Seminars” are necessary & they are not all geared towards finances. A certain amount of CE is required for Dental Professionals every year. Unfortunately Dental schools don’t teach business. As in all professions there are honest & dishonest people. Dentistry is Healthcare & Healthcare is a business that provides jobs & helps support families. I hope everyone in TV finds good quality Dental care provided by honest people. I’ve been working in Dentistry in PA for 39 years & hope to retire there in a few short years. I’ll need a referral to a great office once we’re there.

I swear all the dentists in and around TV are overpriced jokes.

Go to Ocala or back north, TV is not the place for dental work. Unless you don't mind paying out the arse.
