Default Designer models

Where are the designer models - what village and what street? We will be there this week and would like to take a drive by. Are they close to the cottage models?

Thanks

They have a new designer model center that is located just off of St Charles past Buttonwood. It just opened up a few weeks ago so I haven't seen it but that is what my agent told me. The homes will have the designer model name in the front.

Keep in mind you can't just walk in. Without an open huse, you have to be with an agent that has a key.

Any idea when we will be able to see the virtual tour of the new model homes off of the homepage? They are currently still touring the old models and only floorplans for the new ones. I'm a visual person, need to show it to me! Love the decorating ideas they provide.

Default the answer I got is....

Robbie, I asked the same question t and the answer is they don't know. However, On a couple of the new actual homes with the newest floor plans on the New Homes for sale part of TV website...I did hit slideshow and it did show some of the interior shots. These are empy and so not as helpful but all I have for now.

I don't think anyone answered the question I read in YodaMom's post:

Are there separate areas of designer homes?

The answer is yes, but they are all over TV. I live in a Designer-only neighborhood, but less than a block away is a Ranch-only neighborhood (the Ranch preceded the Cottage series). Not far from that area is a collection of Patio Villas.

It's unlikely that you'll see different categories on the same street, but most villages have everything from Patio Villas up to and including Designers. Premiers are usually all by themselves.

Hope that helps, YodaMom!

I think Yoda was actually referring to the model section. Which was just moved in June to the new location as I mentioned.

Yoda?

Default New Ivy designer

Has anyone seen the new IVY model? Floor plan is interesting and has 2500 sq feet that is climate controlled.

The IVY is a 4 bedroom Lantana---we visited it ---very nice --

Saleman said it was very difficult to find a lot that would accomodate this model if you wanted a Golf cart garage or room for a pool ---
