I see many more than that, on a slow day. And many more carts than just you and I pass them.

I have never honked my horn at a bicyclist when I pass them. I make sure I have plenty of room in the main roadway to clearly get around the bicyclist. I do not ever expect a bicyclist to move right for me to pass. Hence.....no need to give the bicyclist a toot of my horn.
