Default EV car wash in TV

Our EV car is dirty and I don't have the energy to wash myself in the driveway. Are the 2 car wash places on 466a safe and easy to use for EVs? If not - are there DIY car washes nearby - you know the ones to drive in and they have a wand to wash/rinse... TIA

I apologize for my lack of EV knowledge but, why would a carwash be unsafe for an EV car vs a gas powered car? Can you drive the EV in the rain?

I understand serious car owns of every type would NEVER think twice about taking their ride through any type of car washes.
Own a dark or black car and you would know why.
Hand washing is the only way to go.

I understand the posters concern since the automatic carwash machines put out an extremely high-water pressure. So, could the water find its way into the battery pack as it does the under carriage and other areas of the car?

Check your owner's manual. Do you really think an EV manufacturer would make a vehicle that couldn't handle a car wash?

You said you did not have the energy to wash the car however not sure where your located but there is a spray wash in Wildwood on S. Main St. near the railroad tracks if your interested. If your really paranoid about the automatic wash just don’t get the underbody wash? I subscribe to the Tesla forum on FB and never seen a concern about car washes. I have a older Prius I can trade you if you want?
