Default Continental Country Club

Is it legally possible to drive a non-street legal golf cart from The Villages to Continental Country Club? For instance, via some sort of cross over to Timber Trail.

A golf cart can not legally travel on nor cross a highway with a speed limit as high as 55 mph.
