I'm trying to assist a friend who is looking to build a new home here. Can anyone recommend a super star Villages sales rep - who is on the pulse of things and will work very hard to get their clients what they want?
(I'm sorry to say that I can't recommend the sales rep we had.)

Angela Privett....She was an amazing help to me...It took a while for me to get through the entire process because I had a house to sell in another part of Florida first, etc. She encouraged me and helped me through the process from beginning to end...I could not have done it without her.....

We highly recommend Patricia Minnehan (352-430-8844). She is very responsive, knowledgeable, professional and on top of the job at hand. Unfortunately, We had your experience with our first sales rep. so we understand your feelings. We give Patricia a 10 plus!

Jason Kranz. 352-446-6001 Jason.Kranz@thevillages.com. Our design meeting was complete in a day and a half due to the preparation we were able to do with his guidance. Our designer stated that he assists and prepares all his clients and their design meetings always go smoothly.

Yes, LAURIE BRIGGS, 353-217-9066. She showed us several designer homes and as equally easy to work with when we changed to a CYV search! Showed several areas and even helped us located several Unser construction. We found one that had an exceptional yard, both in size that was facing east. She said she would contact once it was released so we returned to WI. she called to keep us updated and then we got the call @ 8 pm on a Sunday night. We talked and while on the phone see emailed us pictures of the tile, cabinets and the counter top! Within an hour we bought the property. We did the financing and closing without being there and she helped to make sure all was done correctly and efficiently. The day moved into the villa, there was a card welcoming us with a couple bottles of wine. Three years later we still keep in touch and visit when she has open houses that we have not seen before. We highly recommend Laurie!
