Yes, our sakes rep is Lynn Peterson. In January when we were not even serious prospects, he took hours with us andcontinued answering qypuestions by phone and email. He gave us a wealth of "true ad honest" info on TV. He helped us cut cost wherever needed to meet budget. We are under construction now and he still stays in regular contact.
No pressure, knowledgeable, gives-a-darn, helpful .... All around great guy and saes rep! (Do you think we are pleased?)

Hi, we have Lynn Peterson. Lynn.Peterson@thevillages.com. We cant say enough good things about him. Honest, knowledgeable, returns calls and emails, goes the extra mile, even has a photographer take pictures of our construction and sends them regularly. He has been very helpful in every respect.

We used Beth Pope. She was recommended by two of our friends bought a house from her. I have a friend who is using her now.

I have no way of knowing if she is the best or not, but she is excellent!!

I would recommend Colleen Wothring. She was awesome and advised us on many items in regards to our purchase. I purchased in Fernandina and have NOT moved down permanently yet. However, Colleen made a point to contact us when we were down in July and actually took us to Tojays for Breakfast. Did your friend find an agent and purchase a lot yet? If not, she will need to purchase a new (or pre-owned) home as undeveloped lots are no longer being sold in The Villages.

He was the first salesperson we met in 2001 and can highly recommend him..No pressure, good advice.

Absolutely, Ron Delk! In conversations with friends they can't believe how above and beyond he went for us. He helped us choose the perfect lot even though we were out of state, made suggestions for the huse that we would never have thought of; and in general made this the best building experience that we have had (and we have had several). We will never move here in the villages because we have everything we wanted, but if I knew someone coming down he is the first person I would have them contact. If looking at a pre owned, then Tom Hutchison would be my suggestion, he and Ron work in a similar fashion. Good luck. You can contact Ron at the villages sales office.
