We were wary at first about the Roman Shower, but we absolutely love it. Would definitely recommend it.

Off topic... What an absolutely beautiful sailboat.

We redid our shower when we built 11 years ago it is 7 feet square big enough to be a roll in shower. We have the house for sale and moving to North Carolina. Building a new house there and the shower isnt as large but still a walk in. I will miss my big shower.

Hi, just a thought, if you tour the as built homes, by owner, by realtors and by the Villages, you will learn a lot for sure.

Take your time, it is a big step, a very big one,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, building, be careful.

I've always thought I could use my Roman Shower as a storm shelter. Any thoughts on that idea?

I hadn't considered it for that as ours in on an outside wall. We tend to think of the walk-in closet in the master bedroom that is not on the outside wall as our storm shelter.

I like our Roman showers because they have NO glass to keep clean and the water here is full of yucky scum that is hard to remove.

Walk in closet is where we have decided to huddle if a storm is upon us....well Helene and Henry anyway. I will be going from window to window like an idiot.

No good most Roman showers are on an outside wall-best bet in a designer is a master bedroom closet-the one away from the outside wall 0r the hallway on the guest side of the house-no exposure to breaking glass

I just really like ours a lot. It also has a bench to lean on when shaving legs.
I agree with you on all of this (except for the leg shaving part).
