Apparently, you did...
But, you allow dog off leash so you broke the law on intent.

Show me the law that states a dog MUST be on a leash while on one's yard.

I'll wait...

Bwahahaha!

That is the most ridiculous thing you've written yet!

What law did I break by having my dog off leash in my own yard?

You just don’t get it. The lady having the same problem, her neighbor allows dogs come out of garage or front door and not restrained. So they run off their property and attack whom every next door or in street. I’m not going to copy the ordinance/state/city requirements of NOT letting animal room freely off you’re property. So, you’re dog will NEVER a room off you’re front yard without being restrained which is fine, but it it does and bits someone you ARE in violation. The OP has problem of dogs being able to roam off there property and attack her dog which retrained on her property. Exactly why the ordinance/regulations were written.

One of my dogs is always unrestrained. The younger one is always leashed.

So, Like I said, If my dogs remain on my property, while off leash, I have broken no laws.

Finally, you get it! I'll alert the media!
