We ordered the DVD of the Villages, looks great....is it realistic to drive to 62 different restaurants by golf cart? It almost sounded to good to be true...We are from Virginia and looking forward to visiting this fall...

Greg, I agree. I've lived here for 18 months and each morning I say to myself, this is too good to be true. So far it is even better than I was told it was. You need to visit to see what all the excitement is about.

I certainly have not been to them all, but I believe to answer your question, yes. Most are along 466, the two town squares, couple other shopping centers, and one at each country club. And all those are easy to get to with a cart.

Where in VA? Still live in Northern VA.

As great a everything looks on the DVD, it doesn't come close to doing justice to The Villages. I don't think it's possible to describe just how incredible TV really is. You have to experience it for yourself.
I recommend that you take advantage of the Lifestyle Visit program. Then you'll begin to understand that The Villages is for real and yes, it is fantastic.

Oh. Just wait and see how wonderful it is. The people are always smiling and waving. The place doesn't have dirt and debris anywhere and the flowers are changed out every couple of months.
