Default E-bike help

In June 2021 we purchased 2 e-bike on Amazon, a 48 v Ancheer foldable and a Speedrid 36v foldable both ran well. In December 2022 we were in car accident and unable to use bikes until now , neither will start up, chargers are okay, might be batteries but not sure.

Help we need is finding someone or shop to work on to get running. Local shops only work on what they sell.
Any leads would be appreciated.

TIA

John,
I can probably help, retired professional electrical engineer. Send me a private message with contact info, so we can arrange to get together.
