Default E-Notifications

After going on the water alert the other day in Springdale, I went to www.districtgov.org and found out that I could sign up for e-notifications of many events.

When the rescind of the water alert went out I got an email long before I got the reverse 911 telephone call.

Go to www.districtgov.org and scroll down the left side until you see the "Sign Up for E-notifications" and click on it and follow the instructions to sign up for the different alerts.

I signed up for a lot of them and will refine my alerts as time goes on.

Pretty good alert mechanism.
