Take a close look at the garage situation. Is it two cars? Will you have two cars? Where will you park a golf cart if you have two cars??Garage does not have enough room for all three??

Hi PTURNER and everyone else, and thank you for all the input. Please keep it coming if you think of anything else. We just got back from our meeting with John Stamper and put a deposit on a lot in Buttonwood, so we are one step closer to being Villagers!! We probably will start building in a couple of months, although we won't move down until my wife retires next March and we sell our home up north. We ended up paying a premium for our lot due to privacy, not size. We do like it because it's just down the street from the pool and across the street from a golf course(don't remember the name). To get a lot with enough room for a cart garage was just to high for us to do right now, so we'll see how it goes, and if we need more space later, we'll move up to a designer. Hopefully this will work for us because we really like the At Ease and my wife is having a ball checking out new furniture for it. We are really excited and can't wait until we get to drive around on our golf cart and go downtown for music and drinks with all of you!

Thanks Bosoxfan! When we move down next year, I'll get in touch so you can give me the lowdown on any Sox, Pats and Celts activities in TV(would have mentioned the Bruins but I'm still mad at them!)
