Default Easy Golf Question

How much does it cost for a bucket of golf balls at a driving range in TV?

To hit a bucket in NJ it is $12.00 a bucket. I was wondering if that was the norm.

Default Driving Range

$3.50 if you buy a token. Or $3.00 each for a minimum of ten + $5.00 deposit on the key.

I believe I paid $8 for a large bucket last March. The oddest thing I found was that you needed a collared shirt at the driving range.

The reason is that the ranges are part of the country clubs and appropriate attire is expected there and on the putting/chipping greens. I've found ranges outside the villages where t-shirts, cutoffs, etc are accepted if you are so inclined.

I used the range on the south side of 466A and it was $4 for 1/2 bucket (45 balls) or $8 for a full bucket (90 balls). You could buy the tokens where you'd get a discount to $3.50 for 1/2 bucket, and use them anywhere in TV at ranges.

Default Question .........

Why do you need a key and a shirt with a collar to hit a golf ball?

Neat bumper sticker. Went like this: "It's God's job to judge terrorists. Our job is to arrange the meeting!"

Be a gentleman, remove your hat/cap when entering a building and dining out!

Rules of etiquette, like removing your hat inside. Used to be that there was an all white rule for tennis attire. A shirt with a collar is just something you wear when you play golf.

I don't know what a boater wears or a motorcyclist.

The driving range down near the Villages Woodshop is cheaper, not Villages owned, accessible by golf cart and I don't believe you have to wear a collered shirt.
