3-2-1 or NoWrap? (Ribs)

I have always cooked and do now also.
We go out to lunch once a week.

My favorite holiday to cook for is Thanksgiving.

We go to our Son’s house in Miami for Christmas.
My husband cooks Middle Eastern food and we bring that down to them.
It’s very labor intensive but a real treat.

But after 40+ years cooking I do not blame ANYONE for wanting to eat out!

I love to cook, but certainly enjoy eating out and not having to when we do. HOWEVER, the holidays are ALWAYS cook at home for us.....I can not even imagine not having the leftovers to prepare bubbles and squeak's with afterwards!! That is the best part of the process....leftovers! I so look forward to the fun of the holiday leftovers and new, creative ways to enjoy

Oh, one more category I guess. Leftover smoked meats as available for lunch.
Sounds great.

A bit off-topic...but I smoked a lot of meats before we moved here. I sold the smoker before we moved on the (possibly erroneous) information that I had gotten, that smokers were not welcome in The Villages.

You apparently have one. Have there been any problems when you use it? Did you have to get special permission from the powers-that-be?

Default Healthy

7 days a week we have Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal with 3 different fruits, (e.g. blueberries. blackberries and rasberries), lunch is a sandwich, (e.g. eggs or roast beef, etc) and dinner is pasta with Rao Sauce and roast veg's. This is pretty standard for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hardly ever eat out. If we want a "snack" a cut up cucumber does the trick. Did try Chop's a couple of weeks ago with guests. it was $144 dollars for 3 medium meals and tip and 3 soda's. As they say, "a fool and his money is soon parted".

I realize the question was not asked of me, but we smoke meat all the time.....(and water as well....if you have never had bourbon or whiskey over ice made with smoked water.....well, just give it a try and you will understand.) Cold smoke cheese as well....

I love eating out but have only eaten out a half dozen times since March 2020.
