Be ware if you decide to put in a pool and your sales agent says no problem. Well when they put the service line in to the house they just throw it in any where they please. That means when you go to have the lines located surprise they will probably be in the middle of your yard and SECO wont let you have a contractor of your choice do it. So you pay big time. Just letting you know I guess buyer be ware as they say.
