There4's a guy named Ron, who will install a "duel" (sp) USB outlet in your cart. He advertises in the "Golf Carts & Cars", "Used Golf Carts" section.

I had the old cigarette outlet in mine, but I hate them, since every lighter/USB converter I've ever bought failed within a year. He switched mine out to the newer one...
