Hi Mayor: I may be wrong but I believe it was dismissed and that the plaintiff's have 15 days to appeal and yes it calls for them to change style of case if they do appeal

Indoor pool capacity maybe less than 100 people.
1 indoor pool. Hmmm, out of 100,000 people.
Just can't see it as a wise decision.
Laps, volleyball, aerobics ? Time limits ? Wait in line to get in ?
Pay a priority fee ?
