Default Entertainment Question

I tuned into the LSL web cam this evening at about 8:55 and the place was packed. Checking the schedule I noticed that Rocky and the Rollers were playing tonight so that explains the crowd.

Now I was wondering if TV every lets the entertainment preform after the 9:00 sidewalk roll up hour? I would bet the majority of people would stay for another set or possible two on a nice evening. Not looking for a Fillmore East all nighter but just something a little longer than 9:00 depending on the group.

Hawk...the music stops pretty promptly at 9pm; maybe back when there was NY Eve party they stayed later.

On the annual survey, I have suggested that they have summer/"winter" hours for music.

From June thru Sept have music from 6-10pm; other months 5-9; never have seen this suggestion discussed publicly.

I'm with you, this time of year I'd rather be at the square at 10pm than at 5pm.

Default The old codgers ........... yup

The old codgers ........... yup. gotta be in bed by 9 so they can get up at 4am to do whatever at that time of the morning.

As a 40+ year worker at a hospital (night shift) I raerly go to bed before 3am. Got plenty to do around the house as I know about lights, electricty and the like. Notice every post I have ever made is after 11PM.

I'd absolutely love to see and support a real nightclub someplace in the Villages. 70,000+ people? I think enough of them would show up every night to support at least one such club.

Neat bumper sticker. Went like this: "It's God's job to judge terrorists. Our job is to arrange the meeting!"

Be a gentleman, remove your hat/cap when entering a building and dining out!

I was never there but love the live music that was recorded there. Tops on the list is Mountain Jam by the Allman Brothers off Eat A Peach.

Happy 4th to all and God Bless America,
Current plans are to be back down for the month of December as I did last year. Now if I get laid off from work I will be there for Dec to April 1.
