Default Estate sales advise

I'm helping my neighbor sell all the contents in her house on a lovely golf coarse home on 17057 SE 76th Creekside Circle, Calumet Grove. Her realestate closing is on 15th of this month. she is also selling her Golf cart. We advertised on Daily Sun. Is anybody have a any other advertising suggestion? Please let us know ASAP, because sales starts on Tuesday.

Assuming some of the items might be large, you might see if you can line someone up to deliver large items after the sale. That way you could offer to have the items delivered for and extra $$.

Have someone in every room if there are items of significant value. Allow people to come in and leave the same door. Don't allow 25 people into the house at the same time. Some people will grumble........but you are running the show.
Next time consider turning over the sale to people doing house sales.
Ads in the Daily Sun will bring in the buyers, however the garage/estate sales usually are on Friday & Saturday.
Good Luck

Don't forget to advertise in the TOTV classified section.

She furnished the house with top of the line furniture, cookware etc and now has to clear everything out in tHree days.Even the golf cart. The house has been rarely occupied and most things are not even gently used. Perfect for furnishing A new home or a rental home. I can only help her a limited amount in the next few days. I hope she does well and thanks again for the advice.the sale starts tomorrow, at p8:30 at 17057 SE 76th Creeside Cir, Calumet Grove.

I had a estate sale today. Fellow villagers, thanku you very much for your support today! I have a few major items left including entertainment center with lighting shelves on both sides , two bedroom suite, one white with armoir, leather and wood executive desk, and electric golf cart. I'm marking prices down more and have a sale tomorrow and part of Thursday . However, timewise due to their availability, I couldn't work with bargains n treasures. All need to go by Thuraday! Help! Please any suggestion?

We donated our extras to Habitat for Humanity.
They will send a truck to your home and load it.
This is the store off RTE 44.

They would probably write you up a paper so it can be tax dedution

One or more of the second hand shops advertise they will buy rather than consign. One might be Nearly New. Look in the classifieds.
