Socialistic or capitalistic ? You label each one ! By the way educate me on the one you drew the line between socialist and capitalistic and why you drew the line at that point.
You will own nothing and be happy!

Yes, those amenities are available for other Villagers. But only the people in the Lofts have access to it without having to leave the Lofts property to get to it. Everyone else has to leave wherever they're living, to get to those Lofts amenities. With the Spanish Springs apartments, there will be no amenities "on site." Tenants will have to leave Spanish Springs town square to get to the nearest rec center.

Not sure why some folks have such a hard time understanding this.
What's the difference? Residents of The Lofts have to leave there to go to any other recreation center, pool etc.

Not sure why some folks have such a hard time understanding this.

Maybe like the rest of the family and employees, they don't flaunt their wealth. And they are a hard-working family. It would do a lot of people some good to walk in their shoes. While we are at the golf course or crafting class or the pool, they are working to make it great for every resident.

As a southern folk, knew it was never to be a town square.

None of us.
Seems like a strange thing to wonder about.

80/20 In My Favor! No Negotiation!

Most people want to use their Golf Cart so the bill is under $1000 at BJ'S.

Less buyers remorse with an 85" TV in a Manufactured Home or Patio Villa.

Only on XFinity as Spectrum does not have the Villages channel.

Hopefully, they will upload the video to YouTube along with past "An Evening with the Developer" events.

Default Movie Theatres

Sure the movie going industry has changed due to COVID not so much as personal preference. Villagers have just been without movies for so long it will take a while to come back. If more theaters would open and we had once again more movie choices to go see, it would come back. Villagers like to get out, get their butter popcorn and drink and get lost in a good movie on the big screen. The movie industry is only in a state of flux because TV Management has kept it that way. Bring back the Barnstorm Theatre and you"ll see!

Exactly. Most don’t doubt that apartments would be desirable to to some but question why in the existing town squares.

I have Direct TV, one of the good things besides the NFL ticket is that instead of the villages boring TV station which I never watched anyway , I get a 2nd PBS station with some good British mysteries
