Getting tee times on executive courses has been a challenge this past year. There seems to be a lot more people seeking tee times then ever before. Tee times are granted based on the overall average points of the group requesting a time. If members of the group played within the past week they get one point per play. The problem here is that the day they played may have been poor weather conditions and maybe they were unable to finish, non the less, this counted as a full point. If other members canceled based on the forecast of bad weather, they would receive 3 points.
Whoever is in charge of deciding when the weather is poor enough to give discount points or no points should keep in mind that this may be the only time in a week that these players could get a tee time.
