That's a commercial area, just like the squares - open to the public so it seems unlikely to be restricted to residents.

Very nice feature for the children. And I think there will be a custard/ice cream shop adjacent for the parents and grands.

Middleton is being designed and developed by and for employees of the Villages.

You are spot on, about looking for employees early, after all there are only so many HS kids looking for after school employment. Although have spoken to more than a few Middleton parents working north of 466, looking forward to being less than 5 minutes to work. With many TV employees office staff moving to their new buildings, restaurants will be kept busy M-F.

Restaurant chains have the luxury of bringing trained staff from other locations to ease newly employed staff into their positions.

Family run, will just work countless hours until it’s done right.

My guess is because so many businesses will be opening within a few weeks of each other, perks will be the big bonus to getting the staff they will need.
