What I would suggest is contract out the project with T&D they will get the permits and approval from the CCD/

Do you really want to go and get it done under the table kind of thing?

Sumter county and the Villages can really get back u to take it out.

The CDD looks for ways to keep U the homeowner happy.

By the way, we did have to get the driveway approved by TV and we have a huge corner lot so we still have over 50% of grass. And besides, the driveway is very nice. Good luck!

We had ours done when we moved in July 2009. Got a permit through the CCD.
They were great. Walking us through the entire process. One thing surprised me though,
I would have thought we would have needed permission from the neighbor to the right of the driveway.

I think they look much better extended.
