Default Extending concrete pad outside the lanai

Do I need ARC permission to put a few concrete tiles for under the BBQ outside the lanai door, on my property? The whole area would by 5’ by 3 ‘.

Technically, maybe. But, why not just put them there? If someone complains, remove them.

FYI, here is what the ARC website says about needing their approval.

"Whether it is a pool addition, landscaping, painted driveway, porch enclosure, coloring of walks and/or driveways, arbors, pergolas, trellises or removal of trees that are greater than four (4) inches in diameter it is necessary to submit a Modification/Alteration Form for approval."

In my opinion, the only item that may apply is "landscaping". But, I think you could also conclude that concrete tiles under a BBQ grill are not landscaping.

Why not call and ask them to prevent any possible problem in the future.
