"Woah. C'mon up Napoleon."
We moved TO The Villages to be an active participating family of owners, movers and shakers; in a semi-retired sorta, kinda way. nomesayin?
I look forward to buying a rental property so that someone else can love and live in PARADISE FOUND.
not looking to rake anyone over the palm fronds, just maintain the home(s) in fine order and share the opportunity. LIFE IS GRAND!
Lovin' the Life and ALWAYS IN-STYLE!

One caveat about renting on a monthly basis We had 2 for a short time several years ago, and got rid of them. Be sure you ad a clause about extra people. You may sign a lease with one couple, only to find out they bring a second couple to split the monthly rent. Its a cheap way to have a 3 month vacation for half the cost of one couple, since most houses and villas have two bedrooms. You end up paying a lot more for utilities with two couples in the unit. Also they play the game where one couple is listed as the renters, with full Villages amenities, and the other couple is a guest. After a month, they switch. The extra couple puts an extra load on tee times and other activities. Sorry for the rant, it just caused a lot of aggravation for us.
