Default Who lost power during Milton?

Here in Mallory Square, we had not even a blip of power loss. Did you lose power?

A few flickers up here near Spanish Springs, but no actual power outage. Just enough to trigger a reboot the TV and computer.

Was it just your home? Did a large area go out around you?

Not even when the tree fell in our pool, Thursday, thanks to Milton. The whole house surge suppressor for 5 minutes.
5 villages and 17 years not a power loss to be had, add on the 2 minutes when they switched our old seco meter for new one.

Near Spanish Springs (Lady Lake), I lost power for 23 hours, From 11:30pm Wednesday to 10:30pm on Thursday. Tbh it was actually quite pleasant, I got an impromptu day off work (I work remote) and read a book by my favorite author!

Lost power for 23 hours in Historic section of The Villages due to the continuing failure of Duke Energy to upgrade the equipment in the affected area. Duke Energy is well aware of the needed upgrade as this area is the first to lose power and the last to have it restored.
