We lived under them for 22 years with no issues. A friend that worked for the local elec company brought a meter to measure what was in the air and the needle never moved. Unlike the bouncing it did at his job

The more expensive one has a water view, so it has a lot premium.

It might be because one home has power lines in the back yard, that home is listed for less

October 2018 I purchased a rental home (north of 466 in Rio Ponderosa) with power lines directly behind the home. An advantage is there are no homes in the back of the house. The 2019 winter renters returned this year. We've had no complaints from renters.

Thank you, I know tree canker is common but it is what can cause it. There are several factors, including environmental.

My studies showed that not everyone has susceptibility to electromagnetic fields but some people are. Personally, I prefer not to find out that I am.

Do High Voltage Power Lines Cause Cancer?

We live on a preserve with power lines and my neighbors have been her for over 20 years.
They are in their 80's. WE HAVE NO WORRIES and love watching the eagles that roost on the support stantions every year.
You can see them? How wonderful.

Glad, you are not susceptible. There is a large difference in the amount of electricity your home generates as compared to these power lines. But distance, even short ones, makes a large difference. The effect falls rapidly with distance.

I have a pacemaker and the instructions are to stay away from electro magnetic fields such as a power tool next to your body, or wearing a cell phone in shirt pocket. High voltage of power lines I wouldn't chance.

This works if the lines are low enough.
Are there any other conditions you want to add to support your first sentence? Clear day, low humidity, etc...…..

I don’t know the answer as to any health dangers but I think if there were any it would be long term exposure for decades. Therefore if it is a rental it would be great either way.
Or, when you look at the details of each house there are different makeups.
You are just assuming...…...

I think you might be onto something. I heard the more expensive villas have no carpet but tile in all areas, etc.

Identical houses might not be identical. Price varies due to grade and type of wood the cabinets are, flooring, bathroom tile, granite, and window blinds. So, even if they look it, are all the things I mentioned identical?
As far as power lines, I myself wouldn't live near them, but to each is own. It's what you're comfortable with. I don't think cell phones are great for you either, but they're attached to mostly everyone's ear! My daughters sleep with them right next to them.

Marsh Bend, Lee Villas. We love our end unit and much of the lot is maintained by The Villages because of proximity. We have wonderful privacy, look out over the water and preserve and no power lines this side of Dyson Loop. Life is good, walking trails right by us are fabulous.
