Our old neighborhood built 2006-2009 Gardinia/Aspens has the wall surrounding front sidewalk. Some looked to be larger with a gate across the sidewalk. The brick portion connecting to garage and house corners were 4-5’ high with 3’ high half circle slope to the next brick post.

I think they meant 5 foot wide and 40 inches tall.

A friend of ours who lives in Citrus Grove has the privacy wall. He said the home was a Gardenia. You can select elevations for your front door when you design and it’s a choice to have one built with the home.

My question has to do with the front of this short wall that can be seen from the road. Is it permitted to place a decretive fountain in front of the wall? We would like to decorate that area as well. Is there la 2 foot space past the completed wall that is ours to do with as we wish or do we have to leave it as it is?
That is likely not true. That area is part of your yard where restrictions are in full force. Be careful getting advice from neighbors about deed restrictions.
