And no, you absolutely don't air fry it or make it yourself. The whole point of it is to have someone else make it, and buy it from them, at a public event where other food trucks and food vendors congregate. It is never packaged and refrigerated or frozen, it is never served cold. It's served right out of the frying vat.

Ahhh gave you an option of making it your self, if you couldn’t find anywhere close. Won’t make that mistake again to be chastised for your lack of web surfing. However usually fried dough at carnival is called elephant ears, that is not made out of pizza dough.

Try a carnival, or state fair, they all have something fried. You can find events on google, to your heart’s content, then you don’t have to be so angry over options others post.
