Many of my neighbors have storm doors, screen doors and garage screens and most did this without ARC approval. However that is not the same as enclosing your front porch. See the photos in post #14, I posted those so everyone would know what OP intended to do, he said he wanted to enclose his entry way along with a screen door.

Not talking about the garage door screens I think.
Its the small area outside the front door that cannot be enclosed in our CYV. Someone got the form from ARC but couldnt get the required 75% yes signatures.
And deed restrictions vary between CDDs.

Why would someone object? They look pretty sharp.
