We have a diverse group of players ranging from intermediate to slightly advanced but no one is rated. Our games are competitive and we have a great group of guys. Not trying to be a jerk, but those two words are somewhat contradictory. You will have more luck recruiting players if you can articulate the ability level more clearly. Advanced players have no interest in playing with novices, and, generally, vice-versa.
