Default Garage door

I’ve run into my garage door with the cart twice. 😵*💫 Darling husband pounded out the dents

QUOTE=Berferful;2436304]Moving into our home in Richmond went perfectly except . . . I backed into the garage door with my bike rack. A couple of small dings. No big deal to me, but the Mrs. says fix or replace. The house is only a couple of years old so I’m would it be the whole door. Since this is a double door, I need it to match. Any thoughts on who to call for this? Thanks.[/QUOTE]

You may be able to file a claim against your homeowner's insurance, but not your auto policy. Damage to a house is considered a liability claim, not collision or comprehensive. You cannot file a liability claim against your own property. However, if you were to damage someone else's house, your liability insurance would cover the damage.
