Don't see the point in spending money for nothing. Have I missed something?
Challenger you are absolutely correct about using the lowest octane gas available in a golf cart. Using premium fuel in a cart is a waste of money despite what some sales reps might tell you. I do use marine Stabil in my carts and up north in my mower and snowblower. It's supposed to help minimize damage caused by ethanol. When the 100% gasoline becomes available Stabil will no longer be necessary.

We also bought a cart from The Villages Golf Carts and were told by the salesman that a new golf cart repair shop was going to be built near Barnes and Nobel to be used by them for the convenience of their customers. It would eliminate the expense of having your cart picked up by them and then returned to you when having work done by them. We think that's great

For some reason, I do not know, gas with no ethanol is more expensive the gas with. It doesn't make sense. Ohh wait, the government is involved.

I don't think it's a negative..I think it's most likely the truth. This operation will be a convenience and for the most part consumers pay for convenience. Most items for sale in TV can be purchased at a lower price if you venture off to Leesburg or Ocala. I'm sure the service will be welcome and probably popular but just like buying gas directly off an interstate highway interchange you're most likely going to pay top dollar.

Two reasons that I can think of:
1. Lower volume of sales
2. Higher value equals higher prices. The higher value is derived from the fact the the pure gas is better for marine use, motorcycles, small motors and older cars.

So, actually you are pointing out that it is NOT OVERPRICED since it is priced in accordance with its value as ascribed to by the convenience factor.
