The Glenview restaurant is also one of my favorites -- nice ambience, tasty food, and a lovely view from the back room that overlooks the golf course. It's a good spot to take guests because of the pretty entrance and bridge.

We went to an open house at one of those two story town houses by Glenview. Really impressive. I had never been to that area before and it was really something else seeing it. It was so unique. The Villages is so varied it continues to amaze me.

Thanks Gracie, but I know you secretly agree that TV is beautiful!!!

So much to see and so little opportunity....always another adventure when we are there.

Love the comments about the restaurant and all...need to check it out!!!

The Village of Sunbury is a premier section next to Glenview CC that is exceptionally nice because all of the lots are view lots. There is a loop road with a pond in the center and golf course all around so the interior lots face on the pond while the outer lots face on the golf course.

The upscale villas next to Glenview CC are called "Carriage Houses at Glenview". They are one of the few sections of TV that have their own HOA (the two-story villa section next to Spanish Springs is another). Landscaping is maintained by the HOA and they pay an extra monthly fee. When one comes on the market it is listed as part of the Village of Glenbrook. They seem to be priced in the mid-$300,000 range. Some face onto the golf course.
