Default Going to have to sell
That is it, my amenities fee went up again, this time $1.46. How are we expected to do this. My monthly bill is now $188.53 including trash, what is one to do…

We do get so much for this fee. Happy to pay it and we will never sell.

If, I knew you would read stuff like DAVES like rather than BUFFET LIKE. For now there is more demand than supply and money is cheap and loosing value.

I get the sarcasm, but what do you describe as amenity fees? Trash, water, sewer, irrigation are utilities on my bill.

If your bill is $188 for all, you are getting a bargain. If it is only for amenities, you are getting hosed.

Water, sewer and irrigation are billed by usage and are separate line items...

They are NOT amenity fees... Even IF they are an the same bill... But you knew that, right?

Water and sewer is on a separate bill and we do not get billed separately for irrigation either.
