I hear you! We moved out of TV in April of 2019 but not because of amenities, because we wanted to be nearer our children. We were paying $165. a month but I felt we got our monies worth. As TV gets bigger the maintenance gets bigger & the older things get the faster things wear out. Most complaints I heard was TV is getting to big, not that amenities went up. I think you’re going to see a lot of things going up in prices as time goes on. Actually I loved TV!

Our monthly hoa fee for PA house is going up $23 Jan 1st (and no golf, no pools, no rec ctrs.).

So, we ‘have’ sold and will finally be full time in TV happily paying our amenity fees (and no more long drives back and forth… well ...just one more).

And yes, I knew you were being sarcastic. 😉

There should be a different fee level for anyone who ops out of golfing 🏌️*♀️. That is one of the largest expenses for the Villages.
