Pinnacle is my favorite. Quality ball made in USA by Titleist costing $20-22 per dozen.

So I was going to settle for the last year model but the pro shops have increased the price on last years balls to the same as the new ones which they do not have in stock yet. Just want all to be aware just because you get to pay the new price doesn't mean you are getting the newest technology.
The new ProV1 ARE in some of the golf shops at the new price.

What is said on out of bounds golf is not supported by the data from golf ball performance testing. When I see golf ball advertising embedded in golf ball articles I question their statements

Big supply of Pro V1s at Sarasota for $50. The only technology change to 2023 may be the box cover. Try the second time around balls they sell for $9.99 a dozen and see if you can tell the difference.

Actually, at $4.60, a Titleist golf ball is a bargain. 60 years ago, they cost about $1.25. Applying the CPI over that time period, they should cost $12.30.

Nothing to see here. There is no inflation.

I have the swing speed, but there are plenty of balls that compete (& beat) ProV's at half the price.

People get sucked into the advertising dollars.
Buy them re furbished at $20-$25 a dozen.

That's an option..............as long as you know it's like buying a refurbished golf cart, "you will probably be okay". Putting lipstick on a pig.

Tons of vintage(AKA rusted out) clubs there also. Saw clubs 30+ years old and had original grips.

Many, if not all, of the pro golfers use a new ball on every hole, but I don't think they pay for the balls. Many years ago, I caddied for the lady golfer, Mickey Wright, and she only used a ball for 3 holes.

I don't buy Pro V's of any breed, but use them when I find them. I hit my drives on average 210 -230 yrds, which certainly indicates I do not have the club head speed recommended, but I like the feel of the strike and the resulting distance i get. Don't like it enough to pay the price.
