Being it was in the morning we dont have the drinking a driving comments --- cant believe there was an accident without drinking involved

When I'm out and about in TV I notice that alot of golf carts do not use any hand signals or blinkers and just make a turn whenever they please. I also notice alot of cars don't use their blinkers. I guess I'll never understand the reasoning behind that. Accidents are waiting to happen or already have happened.
