If someone decided to park their cart in the next completely open space so that two carts took up two spaces, well perhaps they were not as courteous as they might have been, but there is nothing defective with them as a person.
And if you are in your car and drive by and see it, well it's the rub of the green for you to deal with. Don't we wish all of our problems were so big.
Let's try to be kind to one another -- online and in person!
Being kind is a matter of actions even more so than words. Words are cheap . Actions indicate what you really mean

In a perfect world, people would easily park in such a way that 2 carts have no problem fitting into one space. Cars would park BETWEEN the lines. Only the truly handicapped would use those designated spaces. Cars and carts and cyclists would stop for stop signs and yield when they are supposed to. No one would stand in an aisle or doorway and have a conversation. People would not utilize the express check out with 40 items , a fistful of coupons and an EBT card wanting cash back. Landscapers would not speed nor throw trash and butts out their windows. Cars would not use the cart lane to pass those making a left turn. Line dancers would not try to take over an entire square. Dog poop (sorry) would be cleaned up by owners. Everyone would recycle. Everyone would learn the proper way to navigate a RB. Everyone would play their round of golf in a timely fashion and follow the rules of etiquette.

All of that falls into the category of what my son terms "First world problems". Imagine if we all had to deal with "Third world problems". Then the complaints would be "My children are starving". The warlord killed my spouse. I'm sick and there is no medicine. The water is filthy. The dictator put me in prison.

I know which set of "problems" I'd rather deal with.

Wish I had said that

It was funny because to couples walked up to me & said, "Now you're going to have to wait a while" & I told them, "No I won't" I push this N.Y. cart out into the middle of the driving lane. What was funny about it, those 4 people applauded me. I guess I was being nice, one of these times someone will park improperly & someone won't be as nice as I was!
This happened to me at Walgreens!
luckily, the man who blocked me in was in line to pay and he came right out to move his cart, but really he was clueless.

There was a cart parked in the ramp from the sidewalk to the street a couple years ago. my friend and I moved his cart out of the way. I'll bet he was surprised when he came back
