Default Golf Cart Question

We would like to purchase a rebuilt or refurbished 4 seater electric golf cart. Some folks are saying to get a 2 seater instead...any thoughts on which is better and why? Should we go to a golf cart distributor or use a private owner from either this website or the paper???? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

2 seater's or 4 seater's either are fine. Best deals come from private owners. Best rebuilds are available from the Golf Cart Connection (IMHO). Shop till you drop or pay the price

You'll probably pay less from an individual, however, once you get the key it is yours - troubles or no. With Golf Cart Connection (see the ad in the right margin) it is all new except for the reused frame and built as you desire - plus you get a three year front to back, top to bottom warranty. They are nice folks and would be happy to have your business.

Slightly off topic, but if you get a good buy on a two-seater, you can convert it to a four-seater. That's what we did and the conversion was smooth, and as a four-seater it works great. Costs about $500 (can't remember exactly) to do the conversion.

I would call Jim Followell he has nice pre owned carts for sale or rent that will go 20mph and have side drops 2 & 4 seater's, electric or gas. His phone # is cell 317-258-1241 or home 352-259-7525.

To see others who have purchased or rented from Jim go to the search at the top of the page and put in followell to see what others have had to say about him,
