Southern Oaks gets high marks for course conditions and challenging greens.
Likewise Glenview and TDS.
All in all, to have so many courses, varieties and golf cart access are reasons why many live here.
For additional options, another dozen+ high quality courses within an hour drive of Brownwood, in any direction, is why many golfers are here.

Interestingly, many from up north, thought nothing of belonging to a country club and playing the same 18 (sometimes 36) hole course(s) over and over and over again, year after year after year.

From Bexley bridge its only about 12 minutes by golf cart. Only the constructions areas are blocked off to golf carts. You don't have to go to the high school to get to the golf course. Drive through the homes instead.
