Okay, time for my favorite complaint, and it is on topic, so:

Why do I, as a single, sole owner of a residence, pay $141.24 a year to entitle me, and me alone, to use my cart on the Exec courses, while 4 golf playing co-residents of a unit jointly pay the same $141.24 that entitles all four of them to use pour separate carts on these same courses? As I've said before, I really don't begrudge the bucks and if this were the biggest complaint I had in life, I'd consider myself real lucky. But it just ain't right and fair!!!

This requires further explanation. How did the four people get a joint trail fee?

Annual Trail fees are assessed to the household, not by person, and apply to up to 4 residents of that household. This means official residents, i.e. have a resident ID card. Does not apply to guests and is not transferable to renters.

Other than that, golf is free.
Also remember that is only for the executive courses,
